Shipping policy

Orders placed online will be shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 24.  You will be notified once your item has been dispatched with the relevant tracking number.

If your item is in stock at the time of order, please allow a 5 working day dispatch time prior your shipping notification.

Where an item is out of stock or is a bespoke item, this dispatch time can be 3 - 4 weeks before your shipping notification.

In either case, we will notify you once your order is ready and has been dispatched.

We also offer in store collection.  You will receive a notification from us to say that your order is ready to collect.  The above dispatch times also apply to orders for collection.
